Force Protection, INC completely renovates brand new Mack Trucks into the most outrageous, safe Military vehicles availible! The bodies of these beasts are made of “continuous” steel plates that are over 3/4″ thick! These steel plates hold much better than plates which are rivited or welded together as there are no seams. The blast protection comes from the modified “V” haul which refracts the explosions from underneath to the sides of the vehicles, and the windows are made of multi-layered safety glass which is a massive 5″ thick! even the tires are bomb and mine-proof, as they do not use air to keep their shape, their stability comes from the rim, which is a circular I-Beam which wraps around the rim and keeps the tire from “running flat”. Hacking GM’s OnStar

Any vehicle with the OnStar Communications box has GPS built in. However, Gm and OnStar charge you, just to find out your GPS Position. Pete Carter has devised a way to get around this service fee by “hacking” your OnStar. This will void your warranty, as with anything where you solder, so if you break it, your gonna pay!

Hacking the OnStar involves just a few simple steps and several solder points. after which, you will be able to get your vehicles GPS Data without any service charge and still have a fully functional OnStar unit!

Ford Invents Hybrid system that is 300% more efficient than a Prius

Ford has come up with a revolutionary Hudraulic Hybrid system that will allow for its F150 line to get up to 60MPG in the city! Said to go into production in August 2008, the system will out perform Lithium Ion batteries.

Gladiator to become reality?

The awesome Gladiator concept is coming closer to reality. Rick Krantz states the amount of corporate backing within Daimler-Chrysler for a Jeep pickup is growing. The Gladiator is based on a current architecture, the 2007 Jeep Wrangler, which will also be used by the Dodge Nitro.

The Gladiator should be sold with the much anticipated 2.8L Diesel engine that pushes 295 foot-pounds of torque and 163 horsepower or the all new 3.8 liter V6 with 205 horsepower and 240 lb.-ft. of torque.
